The Enterprise Real Estate team is a proactive strategic business partner and helps build TD from the ground up—literally. We play an active role, working with TD's lines of business, HR and Technology to understand business goals and create the future vision for space and experience that best enables the businesses to succeed. We also manage the development, construction and maintenance of the Bank's retail and corporate real estate portfolio, and by extension, we help TD inspire everyone who works, and banks, in them. At Enterprise Real Estate, our vision is building for tomorrow— to create experiences, deliver value, and inspire innovation for our employees and customers.

  • Making it Over Andover and Over… Since opening in 1924, the Andover Savings Bank building in Massachusetts has gone through a lot of changes, hosting various businesses and events, and we are beyond honored to be part of its rich history since the early 2000s! We recently renovated this space by adding a financial advisor office, upgrading to digital signage, incorporating a stronger brand presence, and refreshing the overall interior to provide an elevated experience for all who visit! #BuildingForTomorrow

  • Artist Spotlight! ?? In honor of Canada’s National Indigenous Peoples Day, we want to put a spotlight on one of the artists who helped to make our Buffalo Run branch in Alberta so special. Keegan Starlight is a Tsuut’ina Nation artist whose work primarily consists of mural paintings of animals in landscapes, and we are honored to have his work complementing our space. Here is what he had to say about this piece: “My concept for this sculpture project depicts the mountains, blue sky, five suns and buffalo grass (sage). All of these elements are crucial in depicting who we are as a tribe because they show our home and give the importance of our natural surroundings. The buffalo sculpture represents our survival and is a statement piece to say we are still here, the five suns represent Treaty 7 and the tribes within it, the teal swoop represents the Chinooks we experience in our area, and the sage represents the vital roles natural medicines and plants play in our community's health.” #BuildingForTomorrow

  • Building with Pride ???????????? Happy Pride! This month we are celebrating the 2SLGBTQ+ community! Integrating customizable LED signs and lighting throughout our buildings allows us to present TD’s brand in a way that is more personal and connected to the community. These visible expressions speak to our deeper purpose: helping to create spaces where inclusivity is not just seen but celebrated. #ForeverProud #BuildingForTomorrow

  • Sharing Stories on Sheppard Ave ?? We recently renovated our branch on Sheppard Ave in North York, Ontario incorporating a new photo mural celebrating the history of this popular thoroughfare. Today, it supports an estimated 40,000 cars a day, 8 bus lines, 2 express routes, and a subway line, making it one of Toronto’s main east-west roadways. We include these types of stories in our renovations with the goal of enriching the lives of our customers and colleagues and to connect with the communities where we live, work, and play. Establishing this connection creates a sense of belonging and carries us through our vision to Be the Better Bank. #BuildingForTomorrow
